Have baked with sourdough since I moved to the bay area in 1980.
특징
This is a super perky starter that can double in bulk in an hour. It also makes a great chocolate cake! Recently discovered that flavor is improved if dough is left in the fridge for 12 hours, but still wonderful if baked in a hurry. The discard makes great waffles!
