I love sourdough bread but cannot find any good bakeries nearby!.
특징
I use a whole rye flour as the "mother starter". I stays active for several days in the refrigerator! The smell ranges from very mild to very sour, depending on how long between feedings.

Every 3-4 days, I discard half and add equal weight rye flour and filtered water.
