Started with cookies, then cakes. Now, intrigued with sourdough bread and its health benefits. Very therapeutic, too.

2 months old and it smells of yummy bananas!
First month, had been daily refreshes. Throw half and replace same amount 1:1:1.
Now, hibernate in fridge and refresh the same weekly.
Peaks at 8 hours.at 28 - 30 degrees celsius, Singapore weather.
