Stuck at home because of COVID 19. We really like the sourdough bread that you can get at a boulangerie in Beaumont, Alberta, and it’s a 2 hour trip to pick some up.

Fed with 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup cooled boiled water every 12 hours. After 5 days remove 1cup of starter and use for a recipe like pancakes. Check sourdough for bubbles after day 4 or 5.

Result
Pizza
Thin crust, and regular crust, the sourdough pizza was very tasty. Toppings included ham, mushrooms, onions, mozzarella
Sourdough discard brownies
Cake like brownies.
