I already experimented with a sourdough I got in the past. But I always wanted to create my own unique flavor. I'm a fan of slow cooking!
특징
It's still a young sourdough so the flavor still must develop a bit. It smells a little bit sweet-sour. The taste is slightly sour. It's bubbly, but it expands slowly. But that is going faster every time I used it.

I mix everything together after cleaning the container. I don't bake that much so I only maintain a little bit so there is not too much waste
