  • 10% Dry fruits
  • 15% Lacto bacilli
  • 45% Water

  • 50% Starte
  • 25% Purple flour
  • 25% Water

We refresh our sourdough almost 8 hour in order to use it to made bread
50% Starte 25% Purple flour 25% Water

작업방식

To prepare our started we used purple wheat, fruits and yoghurt lacto bacilliIt take 1 week to find fermentation and after that we refresh the started only with purple wheat and water. After two weeks we use the started tu made bread.
30% Purple wheat 10% Dry fruits 15% Lacto bacilli 45% Water
