I wanted to make my own Sourdough starter for the birth of my first Son....with that starter I made 6 loaf of Bread with each an initial of his first name.it was September 13th 2016.His name is "THOMAS"

-After those 7 to 9 weeks keep the Apple juice and throw away the skin.
-Add into it 30 gr of Bread flour(keep the same Flour for all feeding.
-Stir all with plastic spoon for one minute.
-Leave it in a dark warm room for 24 hours.

-Put one apple skin and 30 gr of Water at room temperature in a clean plastic container.
-Keep it in warm dark room for 7 to 9 weeks
