In Greece we're a little behind in matters of Taste and Artisan Baking. When i started working as a Baker i fell so much in love with it that i needed to Show the world that there are bakeries that can offer Better Healthier and Prettier Breads !I started creating and experimenting with sourdough on 2014 and completed my studies on sourdough all by myself.
Caractéristiques
When Used wisely, my sourdough can transform a normal baked good to a whole new sensation of flavours, i Tend to use it in Sourdough Breads that contain Rye and wholewheat flours adding extra virgin Greek Olive oil.. The Flavours are confused and exotic due to the reaction of the sugars of the honey and the lemon juice.The aroma of the dough and the final product shines due to the Rose sensation!
