Starting ingredients

  • 50% Flour
  • 50% Water

Feeding ingredients

Add 200g flour and water just before baking so it has some zing when baking.

Day 1: 50g flour 50g water day 2 feed: add: 50g flour 50g water day 3 feed: Discard 100g starter add: 100g flour 100g water day 4 feed: Discard 150g starter add: 100g flour 100g water day 5 feed: Discard 200g starter add: 150g flour 150g water day 6 feed: Discard 250g starter add: 200g flour 200g water Day 7 Ready to use.
