I have always loved sourdough breads and wanted to try making it at home. There are no bakeries in my area and no where to purchase great breads without making the trip to SanFrancisco.
Características
My sourdough was made and is maintained using only 100% unbleached all purpose flour. It is very active and I’ve been getting great results, in terms of appearance and taste, since the first loaf (February 2018).
