Bread is a staple food and is the most common ingredient in a table. Furthermore, how you make, who, where do you buy it... is fantastic. Now i decided to dedicate time to fermented food including sourdough.
Características
It is pretty basic sourdough as it is my first attempt. I decided to do it only with rye flour because it was the only one i had at home.
