2020 이후

I woke up one night after eating alot of yeast bread before going to bed because it was a fresh loaf of the neighbours home made bread!!! I woke up with pain in my chest, couldn't breathe, felt like I was having a heart attack. Never touched bread after that until I got some starter from a friend. The last year has been a GREAT SOURDOUGH ADVENTURE!

특징

I don't think it has a unique personality! it seems to be reacting like everyone else's Mine looks at me and says FEED ME ASAP when I get up in the morning and it has fallen down in the bowl.

I measure out 50 grams of the starter into a new bowl, then feed 100 grams of flour and 100 grams of water. I have also fed it 200 grams of water and 200 grams of flour when my house is very hot.

60 GRAMS OF FLOUR AND 60 GRAMS OF FILTERED UNCHLORINATED WATER MIX TOGETHER AND LEAVE SIT FOR UP TO 4 DAYS CHECKING ON IT EVERY MORNING. Day 3, started feeding mine by dumping half off and feeding 50 flour and 50 water.
