Bowie`s feeding.
Take a portion from old cointainer and feed it in a new glass and clean container as 1:3:3 . Repeat twice a day during 3 days in case I prepare weekend bread.

Bowie is a stiff 2 years old Sourdough powered by whole wheat and raisins yeast water. It smells fruity, less acetic and with creamy texture.

1 part of bowie SD
3 parts of whole wheat (organic) Campo Claro Argentina Brand
3 parts of raisins yeast water.
Yeast Raisins water : 10 raisins in 200 filtered water with creamy multifloral honey stay at 26 ºC during 5 days.
