Add 1/2 cup of bread flour and 3/4 cup of water

Combine 1 cup of water with 2 cups of bread flour. Leave to ferment about 10-14 days.

Sourdough loaf
A crisp and crunchy crust, that crackles in your teeth and the crumb has large irregular holes. The flavor mildly sour.
