I use normal wheat sour dough
50g sour dough
300g wheat flour
300whole grain flour (rye, wheat, others)
3 ts salt
1-2 ts dry chili flakes
10g yeast
1 ts honey
450ml water

mix all ingredients and leave for about 1-2 hours,
bake in preheated oven in a bread baking mould
190° for 45 minutes, another 15 minutes without mould.
Hot but VERY good
