My Great Aunt asked for homemade Sourdough bread for Christmas! I'd never tried it before, so I went for it, enjoyed the process so much I kept going.
Caratteristiche
It's cold here in Washington, so Patience is a little shy and needs encouragement from a little whole wheat flour and less water. With this encouragement she will bubble up quite nicely, doubling in size quickly!

- 50% Ap flour
- 50% Bottled water

Remove half the starter, add half cup bottled water and half a cup AP flour.Stir with a clean plastic spoon, cover lightly with plastic wrap set out on counter.
Metodo di lavorazione

Clean glass Mason jar, half cup of AP flour, half cup bottled water (warmed a bit) stir with clean plastic spoon. Cover lightly with plastic wrap,set out.
Feeding: remove half the starter, add a half a cup of whole wheat and AP flour and a quarter cup filtered water everyday till doubled.
