As and designer & developer I love to try and do different things all time. Growing up in Egypt where I eat fresh sourdough bread everyday is missed when I moved to Canada. I was on a quest for something new, different and unusual at the time. As Egyptian I loved to follow my ancestors 'Pharaohs' whom first came up with sourdough bread. It is an honour to do the Pharaohs Way.
Caractéristiques
'Ti' my sourdough created based on a healthy choices of high protein white flour and whole wheat flour with extra addition of wheat bran. This interesting yet simple combination produce unique and wonderful flavour leaven. With every bake I taste it's deliciousness and aroma. 'Ti' is inspired by early Pharaoh baker which it legend continue till today. Simple, delicious and love.
