I feed my starter every evening before I go to bed I give ElsieDart, 1c King Arthur bread, flour and 1 tablespoon organic rye, flour, usually I do a one to one ratio with flour and water but depending on the humidity in the air, I’ll just put enough water in with Elsie that gives the starter, a pancake, consistency type of dough.
