My husband from one day to another become gluten intolerant so I start to make a research and find that the sourdough bread is easier to digest and in some cases gluten intolerant people can eat it with no harm ! So that’s why I start I my husband is a happy man eating sourdough bread ! I have a bakery now call HELLO JULIETA
