I took over the Starter from a Baker Colleague that worked for a Big Hotel, when he left he gave me his Starter and i nurture it since.

100g Rye Flour and 100ml Water witha Spoon of Burmese Honey.

I got a 7 Year old Starter from a Baker Colleague of mine who left the Country when i arrived. It is a Rye Sour Dough and i add Honey twice a Week.
