Watching some videos of Gluten Morgen. I had tried bread before but was waiting the right time to try sourdough.
Charakteristische Eigenschaften
It’s an amazing one, I guess you heard this one before, but it truly is. I’ve made with it baguettes, pain de campagne, regular sweet bread, etc. It’s not the type of sourdough that you need to refresh several times or days to get back and be activated. It only needs one refresh and it’d be ready to work and have the bests breads.

I usually feed it to the eye.
I get it out every week, keep it out for 2 or 3 days, feeding it once every day.
I put 90 or 100 gr. of flour and 75% of water.

Wholewheat sourdough. I started this one with white flour and after a week, I changed to wholewheat and ever since it’s been like this.
